Job Title : Facility management Supervisor
Work Location : Bristol, BS34 6PT
Job Duration : 3 months
Job Timing : 08:00 am - 05:00 pm
Pay : \xc2\xa313.50 per hour PAYE (Weekly payment)
- FM Supervisor managing both hard & FM services on site. Sub Contracted hard services and 3 cleaners.
- There is also responsibility for Sub Contracted hard services and 3 part time cleaners at small site in Warmley.
- Previous experience essential.
- Needs to be able to work with Excel spreadsheets & reporting.
- Experience in purchasing services and billing customers will be an advantage.
- Will be required to work under own initiative .
- Needs to be flexible.
- Full training on Equans systems will be provided.
- Will need transport to travel to Warmley in the early evenings when required.
