Are you someone who loves to manage a breakdown from start to finish?

Do you enjoy building relationships with contractors and clients?

If so, this will be the role for you.

As a Facilities Coordinator you will work in a fast-paced environment, which will have you dipping yourself into a variety of duties from booking in contractors, raising invoices and hunting top contractors to carry out works. This is a dynamic role that offers the opportunity to be the go-to person for all queries and develop your personal skillset further. This is an established team, where a can-do attitude and strong organisational skills are key to their continued success.

Job duties:

  • Manage maintenance works from start to finish
  • Manage your own client base
  • Build relationships with Managers, contractors and landlords
  • Responding to queries and identifying solutions
  • Reporting (repair/maintenance works)
  • Invoicing and raising purchase order numbers
  • Updating client records using the inhouse system
  • Resourcing new contractors and requesting new quotes
You must be able to:
  • Manage and prioritise your own workload
  • Work in a fast paced environment
  • Excellent attention to detail and resolve issues quickly
  • Build rapport with clients and contractors
  • Have worked in a coordinator or customer facing role
  • Experienced in chasing teams, dealing with high volumes of queries, complaints and resolving client issues
  • IT literate
  • Excellent verbal and written communication

Hours: Full Time / 8:30am - 5:30pm Monday-Friday
