Our Facilities team are looking for a Facilities Coordinator based within our Lutterworth cluster but travel to other sites will be required.


This role is currently offered as a full-time position (Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week); This role pays up to 27,000 dependent on experience.

Function

Main purpose of job




To pro-actively ensure that the UK site(s) including its their equipment and installations is/are operating per the Bleckmann standards whilst ensuring services of building and equipment are meeting all standard of compliance with applicable law, rules and regulations





Key Tasks:



Working closely with site Senior Facilities Coordinators to ensure the UK sites are fully operational with all equipment and utilities functioning properly. Coordinate essential services such as planned maintenance, cleaning, waste disposal and recycling. Schedule the work of vendors & contractors with site Maintenance Technicians, to ensure Meet & Greet, Inductions and minimum disruption to core activities. Communicate RAMS with Senior Facilities Coordinator to ensure compliance and maintain robust audit files with documents for each contractor. Work with Maintenance Technicians to ensure robust filing of permits & inductions. To support administration and efficiency of planning tools for statutory testing and weekly inspection Ensure compliance with legislation throughout Maintaining ongoing communication with contractors, suppliers, clients, and teams Maintaining the Facilities Planned Maintenance tracker. To ensure all facilities concerns escalated to the appropriate person in a timely way and management are kept fully informed of progress until closure. To support order of supplies across site projects Monitoring payment process To assist setting up of new suppliers

Key skills/ experience




Accurate Facilities Coordinating, preferably in a multi-site environment A practical, flexible, and innovative approach to work Teamwork skills and the ability to motivate others. Interpersonal, relationship-building, networking and communications skills The ability to multitask and prioritise your workload. An awareness of current compliance legislation Basic understanding of HVAC, electrics and plumbing systems is beneficial. Experience in similar roles
