Position Overview:



We are looking for a Facilities Coordinator to join us on a 6-month fixed term contract. The successful candidate will assist the Business Services Director with setting up new offices and assisting with the consolidation and rebranding of our offices.


This is a role where you will need to be able to travel to different offices across our UK portfolio as required.

Responsibilities:



Some of your responsibilities will include:

Collaborating with the Business Services Director to assist in the strategic planning and execution of office consolidations. Supporting the management of new lease agreements, including negotiations with landlords and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations. Coordinating the logistics and timelines for office relocations, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations. Liaising with external vendors and service providers to ensure that all facilities-related services are delivered effectively and efficiently. Maintaining accurate records of leases, contracts, and service agreements, ensuring all documentation is up to date. Providing support in budget management related to facilities operations, helping to track expenses and prepare reports as needed. Fostering positive relationships with staff, ensuring their needs are met concerning the facilities and office environment.

Qualifications & Experience:



Previous experience in office management or facilities coordination (or equivalent) is essential. Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with an ability to present ideas clearly to various stakeholders. Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite. A proactive approach to problem-solving and a keen eye for detail. Ability to work collaboratively with a team while also being capable of working independently. Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to office environments is advantageous.

The successful candidate will need to have a valid UK driving licence and access to their own vehicle for travel.



The budgeted salary for this role is between

30,000 and 35,000

per year, depending on experience.
