Job Summary

  • Manage maintenance and call out requests, liaising with suppliers and internal colleagues
  • Save and review maintenance reports, escalating recommendations to the Production Manager and Facilities Manager
  • Work with the SHEQ Team and relevant departments, ensuring all maintenance visits are compliant with RAMS, Inductions and relevant permits
  • Monitor & keep accurate records of PPM, Ongoing Maintenance Record and associated documents
  • Ensure all regular servicing and statutory inspections are in completed & filed in line with legal requirements
  • Arrange repairs and associated call outs from Defect Reports and internal checks
  • Follow up works logged and not completed
  • Ensure regular maintenance and ad hoc call outs are completed in line with compliance, RAMS / Inductions / Approved Contractors
  • Keep accurate log of costs, raising and booking in PO\xe2\x80\x99s as appropriate
  • Ensure waste carriers licences are in date and accessible
  • Any ad hoc tasks, attending meetings and deputising as requested by the Facilities Manager
  • Attend all sites to keep abreast of site specifics (some travel will be required)
  • Experience in administration and facility management
  • Exceptional personnel management and communication skills.
  • A team player with a positive attitude towards work and staff engagement.
  • Excellent PC skills, particularly excel and work
  • Proactive with an eye for problem solving and continuous improvement.
