Exciting Opportunity: Facebook & TikTok Marketing Specialist



We're launching an innovative project aimed at significantly increasing sales growth for our Gold Partners across the UK--and we're searching for a dynamic Marketing Specialist to lead this exciting initiative!

Role Overview:



You'll be responsible for running targeted campaigns using Meta Business Suite and TikTok Business Manager and onboarding existing Gold Partners onto the campaign and drive growth in their Blind Screen sales. You'll be rolling out our proven marketing strategies for each partner to generate quality leads and maximise their revenue potential. This role combines strategy, relationship management, and hands-on digital marketing--perfect for someone ambitious, proactive, and eager to make a real impact!

Key Responsibilities:



Campaign Management: Create and manage effective marketing campaigns through Meta Business Suite and TikTok Business Manager to generate B2C leads for our Gold Parnters

Partner Onboarding: Educate partners on the value and benefits of our proven marketing campaign strategies focused on sales growth.

CRM Setup & Training: Set up and customise GoHighLevel or similar CRM platforms, train partners on using the CRM effectively, and integrate their payment accounts with Meta and TikTok ad managers.

Lead Conversion Support: Provide partners with ongoing guidance and monitor their lead conversion performance, ensuring maximum ROI and significant business growth.

Data Management: Share relevant data and insights to educate partners and continuously refine campaign effectiveness.

Lead weekly educational sessions with a network of Gold Partners providing value.

What We're Looking For:



Proven experience managing successful campaigns using Meta Business Suite and/or TikTok Business Manager.

Essential CRM setup experience (GoHighLevel or similar platforms).

Strong sales background with a talent for nurturing an existing community to take on the marketing package

Exceptional communication skills for partner education and relationship building.

Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and campaign performance.

Familiarity with AI prompting and tools is highly desirable.

Outbound B2B marketing experience is a bonus but not essential.
