Join a National contractor with a full range of Clients and contracts nationwide.
Our client provides general Facilities Maintenance and Construction project work to the commercial and domestic sectors as well as to the Public Sector and Private Sector.

The role
Reporting to the working supervisor (Direct Labour) this role will entail:

• Direct maintenance and system owner of site-wide heater and hot water systems.
• Delivery of remedial works including any supervision of sub-contracted works
• Day-to-day liaison with clients and where appropriate, building occupants

Responsibilities include:

• Undertake Statutory, Mandatory and Planned Preventative Maintenance tasks in a safe and efficient manner and ensure all relevant records and documentation is completed comprehensively.
• Carry out reactive repairs / callouts on mission-critical assets in a timely manner, aiming to always complete within contractual SLA timescales.
• Undertake minor installation works e.g. refurbishment projects
• Manage a schedule of work and ensure all associated administration duties are completed and submitted in a timely manner
• Work with minimal supervision and have the ability to make decisions on the most appropriate repair solution.
• Ensure all H&S documentation (RAMS) are present prior to engaging the task
• Work from drawings and specifications and other documentation without the need for direct supervision
• Record all tasks against the appropriate assets via the PDA and ensure all documentation relating to maintenance and response works is completed, recorded and distributed in a timely manner
• Provide exceptional service to our high-profile client and go the extra mile to deliver to the highest quality standard in all building areas

Could this be for you?

• Building Fabric qualifications or equivalent Fabric trade experience
• Knowledge of relevant Health and Safety requirements including COSHH and RIDDOR
• Full UK Driving Licence
• Must have ability to obtain \xe2\x80\x98SC\xe2\x80\x99 level Security Clearance
• Must be punctual and reliable
• Ability to self-motivate
• Excellent communication skills
