The role
MAG\'s F&A Team are currently recruiting for an F&A Accountant to join on a permanent basis. This role will provide support to the Finance Manager who is responsible for leading all Management Accounting activity for the CAVU US Division ensuring that accurate, technically robust managements accounts are produced in a timely manner and in line with group finance service levels. You\'ll support month end close process; ensure accuracy and integrity of divisional accounts; ensure all monthly reports and balance sheet reconciliations are completed accurately and in a timely manner; you\'ll build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders whilst working towards a continual improvement mindset within your team and the wider group finance team.
What will make you successful in the role?
You\'ll be a fully qualified accountant with significant experience of working within a management accounting environment. You\'ll be flexible and adaptable to be able to manage multiple priorities and thrive under tight deadlines and high-pressure situations. Preferably, you should have experience of SAP or similar ERP systems, along with intermediate to advanced Excel skills. You\'ll have effective interpersonal skills to engage stakeholders and colleagues effectively.
