About the School: Our partner school is a specialist provision for Autism, committed to providing a supportive and family-like atmosphere for both pupils and families. While focusing on Autism support, the school follows the national curriculum, offering a creative and enriching learning experience to its pupils. As a Lead EYFS/KS1 HLTA, you will lead a class of 8 children with the support of three Teaching Assistants and ECHPs for Autism. The school\'s creative and fun approach to learning, with a focus on Music, PE, Drama, and Arts, makes it an inspiring environment for both students and staff.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and inspire the young learners, creating engaging and inclusive lesson plans.
• Collaborate with the school staff in daily briefings to set plans for the day.
• Provide a nurturing and supportive environment to foster positive relationships with students.
• Prepare children for the transition to mainstream secondary school education.
