MISSIONS PERFORMED

Communications leadership

\xe2\x80\x93 As part of the Account Management team, develop relationships across Domains, GBUs and Group Comms to facilitate communications opportunities and joined-up messaging. Contributes to international communications strategies & campaigns. Works with Domains on communications priorities.

Communications elements of Account and Market Sector Plans

- Create and deliver the comms approaches required to successfully deliver Integrated Marketing and Communication Plans. Assists the development of overarching themes, target audiences and key messages.

Channel strategies & tactics

- Identify the most appropriate tactics to ensure the right audiences are targeted with the right messages using the most impactful techniques for maximum return:

• On and offline content
• PR & Social Engagement
• Political engagement
• Online visibility/demand generation
• Events & Experiential

Manage campaign delivery

- Project manage and track progress of the communications element of Integrated Marketing and Communications plan. Combining delivery of multiple tactics in order to promote a consistent message, to a specific audience over an agreed timeline, at an agreed cost.

External Outreach

\xe2\x80\x93 Develop trust-based relationships with customer/partner communications contacts to improve and protect Thales\xe2\x80\x99s reputation and reach. Anticipates reputational issues and proactively manages these through relevant networks.

Measurement & Evaluation

- Ensure that metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of communications feature in Account Plan measurement, in order to assess success and demonstrate appropriate return on investment.
