The Role:
Working as part of the Export Sales team to manage and develop HAGS distribution channels in established markets across EMEA and the US
Formulate a strategy to support sales and market share growth in each respective market
Analyse market size by product category and agree growth plans to maximise HAGS market share
Identify new routes to market and sales channels to support sales and market share growth
Establishing sales goals and objectives for the regional distribution channels
Manage a robust and accurate sales forecasting process
Deliver sales revenue and gross margin targets
Main Duties:
Maintaining regular contact with distributors
Where necessary identify new distribution channels to ensure sales growth across all 3 product categories
Provide distributor support via various HAGS departments to maintain high customer service
Submit accurate monthly order forecasts
Conduct regular meetings with distributors - remote and face-to-face
