Salary: \xc2\xa324,194+

What you\xe2\x80\x99ll be doing:

\xc2\xb7 Ensure compliance with applicable sanctions and export control laws and regulations

\xc2\xb7 Ensuring that parties with whom the Company interacts (including their Owners and Controllers) and the transactions in which it is engaged are appropriately screened

\xc2\xb7 Denied Party and Sanctioned Country Screening in line with business processes and measures Production of Metrics & KPIs.

\xc2\xb7 Ad-hoc tasks, as required during peak processing periods to balance team workload and meet service commitments.

\xc2\xb7 Participation in continuous improvement activities.

\xc2\xb7 You will also be responsible for other administrative duties in the Import Export Department.

Your skills and experiences:

\xc2\xb7 General office / administrative background a requirement

\xc2\xb7 Regulatory/governance background would be advantageous but is not essential

\xc2\xb7 Proven experience communicating with both internal and external stakeholders

\xc2\xb7 Strong IT skills, particularly in the use of MS Office packages, Sharepoint

The Export Control team:

You will be joining a team within shared services that provides a range of services to a variety of business units within BAE Systems, operating in a multi-customer environment.
