Position: Supervisor, Anaerobic Digestion Services, Biogas

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Supervisor to oversee our anaerobic digestion/biogas service operations. The successful candidate will play a key role in managing the day-to-day activities of our team, ensuring optimal performance and safety standards. You will be responsible for coordinating projects, managing resources, and enhancing operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and supervise a team of technicians

- Ensure compliance with environmental and safety regulations.

- Oversee the maintenance and troubleshooting of anaerobic digestion systems.

- Coordinate with senior management to meet project deadlines and quality standards.

- Provide training and mentorship to team members.

- Analyse performance data to identify areas for improvement and implement best practices.

- Report on project progress and operational metrics to senior management.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in the anaerobic digestion industry, with a strong understanding of its processes and technologies.

- Prior experience in a supervisory or managerial role.

- Excellent leadership and communication skills.

- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

- Relevant technical qualifications or certifications in anaerobic digestion or related fields.

Location:

The position entails significant travel and requires working away from home five days a week, Nation wide.This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy a dynamic work environment and have the flexibility to travel frequently away from their primary residence.

Pay: 18.00-22.00 per hour
