PROPERTY SALES NEGOTIATOR, SPALDING
This busy property agent has been successfully Selling and Renting in the Spalding and surrounding areas for a number of years. Their key to continued success is a flexible and forward thinking approach. With an experienced and friendly team who are customer focused and offer a personal, professional and competitive service.
This progressive brand are now looking for a professional experienced sales negotiator to join their team, due to increased business levels and selling success in the local area.

Duties will include:

Connecting the properties to the right buyer
Accompanying viewings
Maintaining regular contact with all clients over
telephone, email and face to face
Liaising with solicitors and mortgage brokers through to
sales conclusion and other related services
Enthusiasm to grow the business and ensuring all
clients receive the best possible service

The successful candidate will be motivated, experienced, have local knowledge, good sense of humour,
Able to assist and direct Clients Demands, be target driven, have excellent customer service skills and MUST have a proven property sales background.

A full driving licence is essential.

A generous salary is being offered dependent on experience along with additional add on selling opportunities which will generate extra income.
