Job Overview:
We are seeking 2 experienced Cocktail Bartenders to join our team at a vibrant shisha cafe in Leicester. The ideal candidate's will have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and creating memorable experiences through their mixology skills.
Duties:
- Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic/non-alcoholic drinks to customers following standard recipes
- Interact with customers, take orders, and provide recommendations
- Maintain cleanliness of the bar area and adhere to food safety standards
- Handle cash transactions accurately
- Uphold a welcoming atmosphere for guests
Experience:
- Previous experience in a similar role is essential
- Proficiency in bartending techniques and cocktail preparation is essential
- Strong time management skills to handle peak hours efficiently
- Basic maths skills for handling payments and calculating tabs
