Children's Residential Care Worker
, you will play a vital role in supporting their day-to-day needs, helping them manage past experiences, and guiding them towards independence.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide Care & Support:
Ensure children feel safe, valued, and empowered.
Safeguarding:
Maintain high standards of child protection and follow safeguarding procedures.
Behaviour Support:
Engage with young people using empathy and patience, helping them manage challenges.
Building Relationships:
Work collaboratively with social workers, families, and other professionals.
Home & Welfare Responsibilities:
Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment.
Administrative Duties:
Assist with care planning, risk assessments, and reporting.
Be a Positive Role Model:
Inspire and support young people to reach their full potential.
