Job Description
Due to expansion a position for an experienced self employed barber has become available at the 30+ years established award winning and very popular Scammells Barber Shop in Bristol with the highest 5 star google ratings in the South West. You will need to be confident in all aspects of barbering including scissor work, skin fades ,beard grooming.
The position is self employed keeping 60% of takings with excellent tips, plus guaranteed income and reduced chair rent while establishing.
Responsibilities
Provide high-quality barbering services, including haircuts, and beard trims. Engage with customers to understand their preferences and deliver personalized styling. Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring all tools and equipment are sanitized. Exhibit excellent communication skills to foster a welcoming atmosphere and address client inquiries. Uphold exceptional customer service standards to encourage repeat business and positive referrals.
Qualifications
Proven experience in barbering with a strong portfolio of work Excellent customer service skills to ensure client satisfaction Proficient in various hair styling techniques and trends Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients Ability to communicate in English to cater to a diverse clientele Commitment to maintaining a clean and organized work environment
