Our vision is to ensure all customers can own their home, and we do this by investing time by speaking to our customers, understanding and learning their plans about their mortgage and providing any suitable solutions to them.
Our interest only team are primarily an outbound call centre where you have the opportunity to pro-actively manage your own group of customers taking responsibility of their situation, from start to finish.
As a specialist you\'ll be responsible for managing your own workload, planning your own time away from calls investigating the facts of a case, then making contact with the customer when it\'s most appropriate for both parties and helping them through any changes that are needed.
Full training and support will be provided allowing you to finish each day knowing how you have made a difference to customer\'s future. To support our members needs we currently work across the working hours of Monday to Friday 8am - 7pm and Saturday 9am - 2pm. Once you are trained and comfortable there will be hybrid blend of working from home and in the office.

About You
To be successful in the role you\'ll already be currently be working in a customer focused role, you\'ll have proven experience in dealing directly with customers. You\'ll have evidence of taking ownership of customers queries and will be confident in dealing with more complex conversations. You\'ll be a strong communicator with a genuine interest in helping people and the ability to tailor each call to our customers\' individual circumstances.
You\'ll have experience of handling challenging situations, dealing with more sensitive, complex customer enquiries and will be able to manage your own workload and diary.
Financial services experience isn\'t essential as our training will fully support your knowledge and skills.
