Job Description

We are looking for an Estate Agent to help expand and grow the company.

Do you have drive, passion and talent at bringing in new business? In this role you would be responsible for maximising opportunities, bringing properties to the market, carrying out market appraisals, agreeing sales and managing the pipeline, ensuring that no opportunity is lost. You would be the front-line member.

You would be required to be self motivated, proactive, well presented and have a positive attitude along with good IT and communication skills.

A large part of the role will be working alongside Star Student Lettings helping investors and landlords seek, purchase or sell properties in the Exeter area.

New business development

Prospecting new business through warm calling and emailing of existing and current databases Networking to become an area specialist within the Investment community Liaising with potential new vendors to outline our service View properties to establish and agree sales valuation Follow up and negotiate to agree terms Production of accurate and attractive marketing materials Writing of website, portals and social media information Conducting viewings with potential new purchasers Sales progression through to completion

Skills and Experience

Minimum of 2-3 years experience as an Estate Agent Someone who has ambition, drive and will achieve and strive to exceed all targets Excellent communication and customer service skills Full clean driving license Good organisational skills and a professional manner Good command of spoken and written English
