Responsibilities:

\xe2\x9c\x85 Lead a team of 6 exceptional professionals, overseeing marketing, photography, copyrighting, ecommerce, and social media functions.
\xe2\x9c\x85 Collaborate with external creative and branding partners, maximizing the company\'s market presence and ensuring consistent brand identity across multiple brands.
\xe2\x9c\x85 Manage the external ecommerce setup, driving sales growth and optimizing customer experience.
\xe2\x9c\x85 Utilize a generous weekly marketing budget to develop and implement innovative campaigns and initiatives.
\xe2\x9c\x85 Work closely with senior stakeholders to develop and execute high-level corporate strategies that align with the company\'s growth objectives.

Requirements:

\xf0\x9f\x94\xa5 Proven track record in physical and digital marketing, with a strong focus on business growth and development.
\xf0\x9f\x94\xa5 Extensive experience in crafting and executing corporate strategies that drive profitability and enhance market positioning.
\xf0\x9f\x94\xa5 Excellent leadership skills to inspire and motivate a diverse team of professionals.
\xf0\x9f\x94\xa5 Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.
