We are seeking an exceptional Executive Director of People and Culture to join our prestigious college located in West Yorkshire.

You will be a pivotal member of our Senior Leadership Team reporting directly to the Principal/ Chief Executive, championing the evolution of our people culture, and contributing to the strategic direction and operational delivery of our human resources and people services. As an inspirational, collaborative, and authentic leader ready to make a profound impact, you will ensure that our values are embedded in our attitudes and behaviours, guiding us in the achievement of our overall mission.
