We are seeking a highly efficient and personable Executive Business Manager to deliver high quality and effective business support services to the three secondary schools within the South East London Cluster (Bacon\xe2\x80\x99s College, The John Roan School, and Sedgehill Academy). The role is vital in ensuring that the operational functions including Finance, Human Resources, Marketing, Estates, and Technology are running smoothly through the provision of strategic and effective leadership.
Reporting to the Regional Director, the ideal candidate will have a proven track record of working with and as part of a senior leadership/ executive team, with experience of delivering and meeting strategic objectives and implementing organisational change when required. You will be educated to degree level and ideally possess a School Business Manager, accountancy or HR qualification.
The ability to build relationships and credibility with senior stakeholders is key, as is the capability to support multiple teams. You will be a self-starter who is able to adapt and guide stakeholders in a confident and timely manner, with a commitment to EDI and the ability to promote best practice at work. You will also be flexible and have an ability to adapt to change.
