We\'re looking for an experienced Executive Assistant to provide support to the VP of Global Marketing Organisation International and his leadership team.
Role is a 50/50 mix of working from home & office based in Shoreditch (London).
This role reports into the Strategy and Operations team and you will be part of a bigger team that is on point for the operational cadence and infrastructure.
What you\'ll do:
Arrange corporate travel and meetings by developing itineraries and agendas; booking transportation; arranging accommodation & any necessary VISAs Maintains executive\'s appointment schedule by planning and scheduling meetings, conferences, video conferences, and travel.
Manage expenses in Concur
Prepare briefing notes in preparation for Executive meetings and attend meetings with detailed follow up as necessary.
Organizes team meetings and offsites for the International team and manages all logistics (event management)
Welcome guests and customers by greeting them, in person or telephone; answering or directing inquiries.
Maintain customer confidence and protects operations by keeping information confidential.
Manage the team calendar and updates the leadership on a weekly basis.
Organise and attend team meetings and ensuring the manager is well prepared for meetings.
What you need to succeed:
Work experience: 5 + years in similar role within international company in the private sector.
