The Role:
We are currently looking for a driven, motivated, and personable Executive Assistant & Internal Communications Specialist to support our UK Senior Leadership team, reporting to our Finance Director/Managing Director.
You will play a key role in providing high-level administrative support to our senior leadership team, whilst further building our communications capabilities and strengthening our company brand, supporting employee engagement in the region.

What You Will Do:
Executive Administration
Manage and coordinate the executive team\'s calendars, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements. Ensure their time is optimised and priorities are met.
Coordinate and compile monthly management reports, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Prepare meeting agendas, materials, and minutes. Attend meetings, take notes, and follow up on action items. Coordinate and set up virtual and in-person meetings.
Office Management and Events
Represent Stryker when liaising with internal and external customers to organise conferences, meetings, and large-scale events.
Organise local sales meetings and co-ordinate attendance at local training events.
Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders. Screen and prioritise phone calls, emails, and other correspondence. Draft and proofread documents, reports, and presentations.
Track, process, and reconcile expense reports for the executive team. Ensure accurate record-keeping and compliance with company policies.
Handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion and professionalism.
Prepare, organise and participate, if necessary, in various meetings and events such as Leadership Meetings, Business Reviews, Townhalls, Mid-Year Meetings, ESM
Communications and Engagement
Cultivate strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including partners, and team members.
Manages internal communications.
Manages communication actions specific to business projects (safety, quality, environment, internal cohesion, engagement).
Is the referent webmaster for the Intranet / Site communication screens?
What You Need:
Demonstrated ability to organise and prioritise work and to meet strict deadlines.
Proven experience in an administrative role, whilst experience with internal communications is beneficial.
Advanced written communication and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and calendar management software.
Ability to show initiative.
A proven ability to use own judgment to effectively manage workloads, prioritise tasks and clearly communicate when undertaking responsibilities and delivering services.
Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Adaptability and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Professionalism, integrity, and a positive attitude.
An understanding of company branding strategies
Developing and maintaining marketing materials either digital or print
