Were looking for a proactive and highly organised Executive Assistant to provide dedicated support to our Founder and the wider senior leadership team. This is a 12-month fixed-term role to cover maternity leave, offering a fantastic opportunity to work closely with key decision-makers and contribute to the smooth running of high-level operations within the business.


To do this

our Executive Assistant will;




Provide seamless administrative assistance to executives, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. Anticipate the needs of both our Founder and the business, proactively addressing potential issues before they arise. Expertly manage complex and dynamic calendars, juggling priorities, ensuring efficient time management and planning far ahead to anticipate and avoid time pressures. Serve as the first point of contact for our Founder, acting as a gatekeeper and skilfully managing communications and filtering urgent matters. Create, format, edit and proof-read high-quality business documents, presentations, and correspondence with impeccable attention to detail and quality, often under tight deadlines. Support projects as needed, demonstrating flexibility, adaptability, and a willingness to help out wherever valuable. Organise travel arrangements, prepare detailed itineraries and manage expenses. Maintain confidential records, files, and databases with meticulous organisation and discretion. Assist with personal arrangements and administration (e.g., holidays, personal insurances, services etc.). Coordinate and prepare materials for meetings, taking comprehensive minutes and following up on action items. Build and maintain positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

In order to be successful in this role, you will be able to demonstrate the following skills and abilities;




Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to prioritise competing demands, manage time effectively, and adapt to rapid changes with composure. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. An understanding of design document formatting for effective communication, including proficiency with Canva, Miro or other design tools. Knowledge of effective diary management systems and techniques. Able to prioritise and manage your own workload and time, making decisions independently where appropriate. Excellent and consistent attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to exercise discretion and maintain confidentiality at all times. Exceptional multi-tasking abilities without compromising quality.

No specific qualifications are required for this role, but the experience of working as a high-level EA is a distinct advantage.
