As part of their team, you would execute specialized responsibilities linked to processing creditor payments and receiving income, along with aiding in the validation of invoices prior to payment.
Required:
- Demonstrated track record of following financial policies and procedures meticulously.
- Proficiency in maintaining meticulous accuracy, particularly when handling transactional maintenance and record-keeping.
- Sound understanding of the HMRC Construction Scheme and VAT regulations.
- Proficiency in effectively managing personal workload to meet challenging time constraints.
- Experience with financial accounting systems.
- Effective adaptability in oral and written communication.
- Perform specialized tasks associated with processing creditor payments and receiving income.
- Assist in the validation of invoices before authorizing payment.
- Candidates are free to choose their working hours flexibly between 7am and 7pm
