The Role
You will invigilate college online (computer based) exams and be responsible for co-ordinating the booking of exams for on-line testing under the guidance of the Team Leader and or Examinations Officer and in accordance to JCQ Regulations.
Your duties will include liaising with Examinations Officer to plan a schedule of working hours to cover invigilation of exams, supporting Exams Invigilators during the running of exams, downloading tests from Exams Server to PCs in on-line test rooms and overall conducting all exams in accordance with exam rules and regulations.
You will also liaise and report to any JCQ inspections that may happen during the year across all sites.
Skills and Experience
You will be computer literate and be proficient in Microsoft Office, Outlook, web browsers and have the ability to download and save examination software/materials. (Training will be provided on how to use these software\'s). You will have experience in administration experience and have proven organisational skills with the ability to work accurately and to prioritise work to meet deadlines. You must be willing to travel across campuses to cover exams and to transport exam materials when necessary.
