Duties
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while identifying opportunities for new business.
Analyse sales data and market trends to inform strategic decisions and optimise account performance.
Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
Prepare regular reports on account status, sales forecasts, and market insights for management review.
Qualifications
Proven experience in a sales or account management role, preferably within the hospitality industry.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with clients at all levels.
Demonstrated leadership capabilities, with experience in mentoring or managing a team being advantageous.
A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
