The Role:
We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic
Events Co-Ordinator
to lead and grow our exciting calendar of events. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a strong background in hospitality or event planning to take the reins of our current offerings and develop new, engaging events that bring people together and drive business growth.
While this role starts as part-time, it offers
huge potential to develop
into a larger role as our events programme expands.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and execute a seasonal calendar of events, from food events to family-friendly activities
Maximise use of our cafe space during quieter times with creative event ideas
Drive footfall and revenue through strategic promotions and social media marketing
Manage event budgets, track financial performance, and identify profitability opportunities
Work closely with the cafe and kitchen teams to ensure events are well-resourced and delivered to a high standard
Engage with customers during events to ensure a memorable experience and gather feedback for continuous improvement
What We're Looking For:
Proven experience in event planning or hospitality event management
Strong organisational and time management skills
Confident in managing budgets and analysing event performance
Creative flair and a passion for delivering standout customer experiences
Comfortable using social media to promote events
A team player with a proactive attitude and excellent communication skills
