Job Description

We're on the hunt for an energetic, organised Events & Bookings Coordinator to join The Mad House team!

You'll manage guest bookings across both our venues -- from lively Bottomless Brunches to private parties -- and you'll help create exciting events that people talk about. This isn't just a desk job: you'll be hands-on with the venues, working closely with the management and social media teams to bring events to life.

Key responsibilities:



Managing all incoming bookings -- from brunch tables to full venue hire Handling guest communication via email and phone professionally and promptly Helping to plan, organise, and deliver events across both venues Working some weekends to oversee events and understand the guest experience first-hand Collaborating with the social media team to promote events -- no need to post yourself, but you'll help provide content ideas and event details Building strong relationships with guests to encourage repeat business Working closely with management to hit sales targets and grow bookings

Who we're looking for:



A confident communicator -- both written and verbal Highly organised with great attention to detail Comfortable working weekends as part of the regular rota Hands-on and eager to understand how the venues operate day-to-day Creative and full of ideas for new events and promotions Sales-minded and motivated to maximise bookings Hospitality or events experience is a bonus but not essential if you're the right fit
