Recent renovation of the Grade I listed Castle has now opened 20 luxury bedrooms along with our award-winning Distillery, gin school and visitor attraction tucked away in the cellar.

About the Role:

Working as part of the

Events team

you will provide exceptional service to our guests, exceeding expectations, along with:


Ensure all events are set up in line with the function sheets. Approach and acknowledge all guests, always ensuring exceptional customer service. Awareness of menus, wine list and banqueting etiquette. Maintain stock supplies throughout the functions.

About you:

You'll have excellent customer service skills and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment Knowledge of food safety and an understanding of allergens is desirable Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills Committed to working as a team
