Hyatt Regency London Blackfriars is a Grade II listed hotel located in the heart of the City, offering 204 stylish guest rooms and suites. Buried in the heart of the historic Square Mile directly outside Blackfriars station, close to St Paul\xe2\x80\x99s Cathedral, the Tate Modern and Shakespeare\xe2\x80\x99s Globe Theatre. The Grade II listed hotel is steeped in regal history, residing on the former grounds of King Henry VIII\'s Bridewell Palace. Duties and tasks related to the Event Sales Coordinator role include

• Providing high levels of administrative support to the Event Sales department, ensuring smooth and efficient coordination and running of the department
• Log all booking information correctly into the system, attention to detail is essential for this role
• Prepare regular reports and supporting documents for the management team
• Assist with arranging client visits and show-rounds, as well as Sales trips, and follow up such as quotes and arranging contracts
