About the Role

We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join the Event Promotions Crew. In this role, you'll represent a brand at various events, engaging with attendees, creating buzz, and ensuring a memorable customer experience. Your role will be vital in generating excitement, promoting products or services, and driving engagement at promotional events, exhibitions, and pop-up activations.

Key Responsibilities

Act as the face of the brand, engaging with event attendees in an enthusiastic and professional manner. Promote products, services, or campaigns through engaging conversations and demonstrations. Create an energetic and welcoming atmosphere that draws people to the promotional events. Provide information, answer queries, and encourage participation in promotional activities. Assist in event setup, ensuring branding, displays, and promotional materials are arranged effectively. Collect customer feedback and insights to help improve future promotional strategies. Work collaboratively with the team to meet event objectives and performance targets. Ensure all promotional materials and giveaways are distributed effectively.

What We're Looking For

A confident and outgoing personality with excellent communication skills. Previous experience in promotions, events, retail, or customer service is a plus but not essential. A positive attitude and ability to adapt to a fast-paced, energetic environment. Strong interpersonal skills and a natural ability to engage with people. Self-motivated with a passion for providing great experiences. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, based on event schedules. A team player who enjoys collaborating with others to create a fun and exciting atmosphere.
