Event Producer

My client is seeking a dynamic and highly organized professional to oversee the end-to-end exhibition process across multiple European countries for a major corporate client.Key Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, production, and execution of exhibitions and trade show activations across Europe.
• Act as the primary client liaison, ensuring seamless communication and alignment with their brand vision and objectives.
• Oversee budgets, timelines, and logistics, ensuring all projects are delivered on time and within financial parameters.
• Collaborate with designers, suppliers, and production teams to develop innovative, high-impact exhibition stands and experiences.
• Manage on-site operations, including build, breakdown, and troubleshooting to ensure a flawless event experience.
• Navigate local regulations, venue requirements, and supplier contracts across different European markets.
• Work closely with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure consistency and excellence in event delivery.

Key Skills & Experiencexc2xb7Spanish, German or French speaking desired

• Proven experience in exhibition or event production, ideally with international exposure.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask across multiple events and locations.
• Experience managing budgets, contracts, and logistics for large-scale events.
• Exceptional communication and client management skills.
• Knowledge of exhibition stand design and build processes.
• Ability to work under pressure and problem-solve on-site in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to travel across Europe.
