We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our vibrant team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and a commitment to providing exceptional service in a fast-paced environment. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting delicious beverages, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining a clean and organised bar area.

Responsibilities

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences. Provide excellent customer service by engaging with patrons, taking orders, and offering recommendations. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces. Monitor inventory levels of drinks and supplies, restocking as necessary. Adhere to food safety regulations and responsible serving practices. Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently. Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure prompt service.

Experience

Previous experience in bartending or a similar role within the hospitality industry is preferred but not essential. Strong knowledge of basic maths for handling cash transactions and measuring ingredients accurately. Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during peak hours. A good understanding of food safety practices is highly desirable. A friendly demeanour with strong communication skills to engage effectively with customers.
