As an Event Assistant, you will be an essential part of a team dedicated to creating and executing memorable events and marketing campaigns. Whether it's a product launch, trade show, corporate conference, or promotional event, you will help make it all happen.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist with the planning, coordination, and execution of events and marketing campaigns across various industries. Collaborate closely with clients, vendors, and team members to ensure seamless event experiences. Help manage event logistics, including scheduling, setup, and troubleshooting on the day of the event. Contribute to the development of creative content and promotional materials for events. Provide administrative support for project management, including timelines, budgets, and client communications. Analyze campaign performance and assist in gathering insights to improve future events. Support the sales and marketing teams in ongoing client relationship management.

What You'll Bring:

A keen interest in sales, marketing, and event coordination. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects at once. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work well both independently and as part of a collaborative team. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and event management software (bonus if you have experience with CRM tools). A positive, can-do attitude, with the flexibility to adapt to changing client needs. Prior event planning or marketing experience is a plus, but not required.
