Evening Milker
Job Description
A M Duguid and son are a mixed farming business with a high health status dairy herd of Cross Bred Dairy cows, working with modern facilities producing quality milk for Arla and our farm gate raw milk vending. We are looking for milking assistants to work with our team on evening milkings in a herringbone parlour. Livestock experiance required, with an understanding of the importance of maintaining high welfare and high production standards. Training in the milking routine will be given. Flexibility to work different shifts and days of the week is required to suit the milking times which are around 8pm to 12am. Weekend working will be required as will flexibility in working days.
