We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Evening Duty Manager to oversee daily operations within our hospitality establishment. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a passion for delivering exceptional guest services. As a Duty Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that all aspects of the hotel run smoothly, providing support to staff, and maintaining high standards of service.

Duties

Supervise daily operations across various departments to ensure seamless service delivery. Manage guest services, addressing any concerns or complaints promptly and effectively. Collaborate with human resources to recruit, train, and develop staff members. Maintain operational standards in line with company policies and procedures. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations throughout the establishment. Coordinate with other departments to enhance guest experience and operational efficiency. Act as a point of contact for guests, providing information and assistance as needed. Handle administrative tasks related to scheduling, reporting, and inventory management.

Qualifications

Proven experience in a supervisory role within the hotel or hospitality sector. Strong leadership abilities with a focus on team development and motivation. Excellent communication skills; multilingual or bilingual capabilities are highly desirable. Demonstrated expertise in guest services with a commitment to enhancing customer satisfaction. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure. Knowledge of hospitality management software is an advantage but not essential.
