Summary

We're looking for a reliable, dedicated Cleaner with great attention to detail to join our team at Folly Farm Adventure Park & Zoo. This role is essential in maintaining the cleanliness and hygiene of our facilities, undertaking the evening clean downs. Working in accordance with established cleaning standards and procedures, you will be responsible for ensuring our facilities including all toilet blocks, bins and hand wash stations are clean, tidy and ready for the following day; mopping floors, wiping down surfaces and re-stocking dispensers. You'll also need to ensure supplies are readily available and all equipment is maintained in good working order.

Hours

Working hours vary on a 7-day rota basis; a typical evening shift will be 4pm - 6pm. Please note, finish times will vary in accordance with business demands. Due to the nature of the business weekend work will be required, including bank holidays.

Additional hours are available by undertaking cleaning duties across the park during the day, starting at 11am.

Who we're looking for

We're looking for a hard-working person with a keen eye for detail. Working independently, or occasionally as part of a small team, you will need to be highly organised with the ability to work under pressure and to designated time frames. Although not a guest facing role, you'll have good customer service awareness as you interact with guests whilst going about daily cleaning duties.

Experience working within a service or cleaning related industry is advantageous but not essential as training will be provided.
