Overview

We are seeking an

experienced

and passionate evening supervisor to oversee the evening operations of our bar. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the industry, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering exceptional service.

As the evening supervisor, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere, overseeing staff (where required), and ensuring that our patrons enjoy a memorable experience.

Responsibilities

Supervise bar staff, ensuring high standards of service and hospitality. Oversee the preparation and presentation of beverages, ensuring quality and consistency in every drink served. Maintain inventory levels, advising management when stock orders are required. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as licensing laws. Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally, providing solutions to enhance guest satisfaction.

Skills

Proven experience in a bar management or supervisory role within the hospitality industry. Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on customer engagement. Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. A passion for the hospitality industry with an understanding of current trends in food and beverage service.
