With a seasoned securitisation team, we are ready to serve clients as a securitisation arranger, agent and committed funding provider. Our specialised securitisation team is well positioned to help clients meet securitisation funding objectives with:
Structuring expertise across a broad range of consumer and commercial asset classes;
Arranging warehouse funding programs;
Providing solutions to help clients meet working capital needs;
Structuring transactions that qualify for off-balance sheet finance under IFRS, and
Using a relationship-based approach to delivering market-leading securitisation capabilities.
International Finance team provides comprehensive corporate and investment banking services to Non-Japanese clients, including corporates, financial institutions, central banks, and sovereigns/sovereign enterprises in Russia, CIS, Central East Europe and Africa. We support clients\' financial objectives in coordination with our product partners, and also promote business by teaming up with our strategic alliance partners in the region.
Internships
We are looking for interns with excellent communication and presentation skills, who are highly numerate with an awareness of our clients\' needs and deadlines.
You will receive a focussed training experience in a small nurturing team, with access to real deals, with the primary focus being on financial modelling, credit papers, data research, pitch books and due diligence. You will spend time in the Origination, with exposure to Portfolio Management, assisting team members in all aspects of origination, execution and portfolio responsibilities.
The Internship programme is a 10 week programme starting in June 2024. The aim is that successful interns will be offered a permanent position on the 2025 Mizuho Graduate Programme (commencing September 2025).
Candidates must be in their penultimate year of undergraduate study and be available to start full-time employment from September 2025 and have the permanent right to work in the UK.
