The candidate will undertake estimates from first principles in accordance with Company procedures (value \xc2\xa3100K \xe2\x80\x93 \xc2\xa310M) and will identify opportunity and risk during the tender process.
This opportunity is an excellent step stone into bigger things within the team and you will get to know the organisation at a senior level, working at the heart of change within the company.
Location: Loughborough
Requirements:
- Experience in: Highways (Drainage & Earthworks), Water Industry, and Rail.
- Ability to interpret drawings and specifications.
- Experience with various Contract Conditions: NEC3 & 4, JCT and ability to interpret risks.
- Previous exposure to Microsoft Project.
