Excellent opportunity for a construction estimator to join an Commercial Contractor who are renowned in Leeds. You will hold a vital role within a thriving contractor whilst receiving a great salary and annual bonus.

This company have been established for around half a decade reputation for the fit out of commercial projects in the North West. They work on varied projects including education, healthcare and industrial meaning no tender is the same. Working within both the private sector this company have a strong pipeline of work and are now looking for an Estimator to assist to assist them in winning more work. This company understand people are the heart of the business and therefore offer an excellent salary alongside an annual bonus.

Working in Commercial department tendering for projects up to \xc2\xa34M you will be responsible for winning new work for the business. Working in the pre-construction team alongside experience estimators you will be working on incoming tenders, conducting take offs, submitting enquires to the supply chain, pricing for the works and eventually submitting tenders. If the work is successfully won you will then handover to the construction team for build.

The ideal candidate will have an estimating background with experience in the Commercial construction industry. You will be looking to join a Principle contractor, where you will have a varied work load, the ability to progress through the ranks and the chance to become a technical expert. .
