Our Commercial & Industrial division designs, fabricates and constructs structural steelwork for a variety of different sectors including commercial offices, stadia & leisure, industrial & distribution, data centres, retail and health and education.



The division has manufacturing sites in three locations: Dalton, Lostock, and Enniskillen. Each has full-service capabilities and modern manufacturing processes enabling us to provide a high-quality product to a variety of different sectors. Each of our sites has its own strong reputation in the market and between them cover a wider geographical area, including Europe. They continue to set the

bar high

in their highly complex market!

Vacancy Details

As an Estimator you will be responsible for preparing competitive tenders and estimates for our Group Services Flooring Division across various building sectors, in doing this you will consider different factors like quality assurance, materials, transportation, production and labour costs to name just a few. You will be responsible for pricing all activities, tender adjudication and document submission.



You will be a key part in the winning of new business, working closely with other departments including design, construction, sales, and contracts to provide the client with the most cost-effective tender information.



To be successful in this role, you should have strong numerical and analytical skills, along with a keen eye for detail. A relevant qualification in construction, estimating, or a related field would be beneficial, but applications are also welcome from those with transferable skills or a willingness to learn. Experience is not essential, as training can be provided for the right candidate
