The role of the Estimator - Air Conditioning and Ventilation Systems will involve:

• Estimator position dealing with a range of Mitsubishi Electric and Daikin air conditioning and ventilation systems
• Dealing with enquiries from various clients via phone calls and emails
• Preparing and submitting accurate and detailed tenders within the timeframe provided
• Producing final quotations for clients
• Continue to develop relationships with clients to secure further business
• Liaising with internal departments to facilitate the progression of tenders and projects ensuring that they\'re running smoothly
• Prioritise own workload to ensure customers\' deadlines are met
• Ability to resolve technical issues for internal and external stakeholders
• Working alongside 3 other Estimators
• Estimating for projects ranging in value from \xc2\xa32k - \xc2\xa31.5m

The ideal applicant will be an Estimator - Air Conditioning and Ventilation Systems with:

• Must have Estimator experience within the air conditioning or ventilation market sector
• Ideally will have experience dealing with Mitsubishi Electric and Daikin air conditioning and ventilation systems
• Ideally will have experience with Ensign ductwork software
• Must be a hardworking, team player, that\'s ready to get stuck in
• Good technical understanding of AC systems
• High levels of organisation
• Ambitious individual who wants to build a career
• Computer literate (Microsoft Office)
