McCarthy Stone are looking for a dynamic Estate Manager to lead the team at our prestigious Wilton Court estate in Kenilworth, Warwickshire.

Salary: \xc2\xa3 34,521 per annum plus benefits + Career Progression

Hours: 38.75 per week

About you:

• You will be a warm, enthusiastic, and self-motivated individual who cares deeply about championing the rights and wellbeing of older people.
• Committed to building a thriving community where everyone feels included, happy and empowered to live life to the full.
• Have previous experience of promoting the welfare of older or vulnerable people and managing a team.
• Preferably have worked in the senior adult social care sector before.
• Be a confident user of IT systems and platforms
• Enjoy problem solving and have a positive \xe2\x80\x98can-do\xe2\x80\x99 attitude
