They are now looking to add an experienced Sales Negotiator to cover their St Neots area.If you are an enthusiastic, motivated and driven Sales negotiator looking to take their next career step, this is the role for you!Key ResponsibilitiesGenerating a targeted number of viewings per week resulting in a targeted number of sales per week
Selling all company services strongly and ethically
Selling our company services to generate new and repeat business
Registering new applicants
Booking viewings and valuations
Carrying out viewings
Carrying out marketing updates as directed
Negotiating offers
Progressing; keeping all parties well informed
Gaining market appraisals and looking after vendors to actively promote their using our services
Dealing with customer enquiriesRequirements and SkillsPreferably some work experience in a sales, target driven environment
Educated to GCSE level as a minimum
Customer service orientated
Results/goals orientated
Financially driven with a motive to earn
Full driving licence
Smart and well presented
Good communication skills
Natural sales ability
Hard working
Self-motivated and organised
