Belvoir are an established and award-winning estate and lettings agency with 160 offices nationwide. We are seeking an experienced estate agent to join our sales team in the Stoke-on-Trent and Staffordshire Moorlands area in our family-run Belvoir Stoke-on-Trent office. We are looking ideally for an experienced estate agent with a proven track record of listing and selling houses. Your experience should be in lead-generation, property valuations, listing properties and customer service. Having local area knowledge would make all the difference too.

To succeed in this role, you will be an ambitious, confident and proactive person, able to self-motivate to achieve targets. A people person with good team-working skills. All the support and training will be provided, as well as latest technology and innovative ideas to stand ahead of the competition.

Day to day work would look like:

Working with team members such as the sales negotiator, admin assistant and the lettings team to ensure all sales processes are followed Generating leads, booking appraisals and attending appraisals to provide accurate market valuations and solutions to enable the house sale Listing houses on the market, with administrative assistance Handling viewings and negotiating offers Following up on sales progression with solicitors and clients Communicating with customers effectively to ensure customer satisfaction and to build relationships Working with the Managing Director on wider marketing or networking initiatives Looking for opportunities to upsell other services

The successful candidate must have:

Minimum 3 years' experience in the property industry A full driver's license and access to a vehicle for business Passion, enthusiasm and a strong desire to grow the sales pipeline Strong communication skills, both verbal and written Education requirements: minimum 5 GCSEs in A- C (including English and Maths)

The salary package consists of:

Basic salary 25,000 + uncapped commissions leading to earnings of 30,000+. The more you sell, the more commissions you earn. Full training Company car allowance 250 per month (3000 pa) Company pension scheme
