Role & Responsibilities:
As a
Senior Negotiator
you will undertake a variety of duties relating to the sale of property including prospecting and listing properties, undertaking social media videos/postings and active marketing initiatives. Liaising with vendors, purchasers, landlords & tenants, you will arrange and attend property viewing appointments, prepare property sales particulars, as well as negotiate and manage property sale transactions through to completion. Promoting the services of the Company, building and maintaining relationships with our client, whilst providing the highest standards of customer care.
Ideally you will have 2 years' previous experience as an Estate Agent in the property industry for a Senior Negotiator's role, although applications for a junior role as a Sales Negotiator will be considered, as full training in all aspects of the role will be provided. You will be trained in the use of the Company's in house property management software package, maintaining and updating the property portfolio.
Skills:
The ideal candidate will have/be:
2 years' experience as an estate agent (for Senior Negotiator role)
Sales orientated with excellent sales & customer service skills
Target driven & ambitious
Highly organised, enthusiastic, hardworking & self-motivated
Solid IT skills - a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office
Strong administrative skills
Social media skills, and be comfortable undertaking videoed property presentations
Well presented with excellent written & verbal communications skills
Hold a full driver's licence
Great team player with a 'can do' attitude
Good Knowledge of Pembroke & surrounding areas
Ideally hold a Propertymark NAEA Level 3 qualification (Senior Negotiator)

We prefer our staff to hold an industry standard professional qualification, therefore new colleagues who are not already NAEA qualified, will be required to study and achieve the Level 3 Propertymark Certificate in Property Agency (Sales) for NAEA membership, with the financial support of FBM.
Basic Salary:
23,000 (Senior Negotiator) 20,500 (junior Sales Negotiator) p/annum + uncapped sales commissions + incentives + for the first six months a guaranteed additional commission of 280 per month (1,680). OTE 26-35K. This is a permanent, full-time position Monday to Saturday working 37.5 hrs per week over 5 days. Saturday working on a rotational basis with a day off in lieu.
