Estate Agent Sales / Lettings Negotiator - Worcester - \xc2\xa328k - \xc2\xa330k package My client is a leading, multi branch independent agent who have built up an impressive brand over many years covering Worcester, Gloucester and the surrounding areas. They are looking for an experienced Sales / Lettings Negotiator who will also be responsible for carrying out Sales Valuations where training will be provided. As an Estate Agent Sales / Lettings Negotiator you will be responsible for:
- Arranging and carrying property viewings for both Sales and Lettings
- Negotiating sales and lets
- Carrying out Sales Valuations - training provided
- Listening to potential buyers and tenants requirements and selling the best suited property
- Liaising with customers to answer any queries they have
- Recent experience working as an Estate Agent Sales or Lettings Negotiator
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Full UK driving license and car
Working Hours: Monday - Friday 9am - 5.30pm and alternate Saturdays 9am - 1pm with time off in lieu Free Parking available
